Who sets the hourly rate?
Each companion sets their own, within platform-wide minimum and maximum bounds. You always see the rate before you book.
What does the platform fee cover?
Verification, escrow handling, the safety tooling (SOS, moderation, support), and payment processing.
Is GST always charged?
Yes, on the companion fee plus platform fee, per the applicable rate. A GST invoice is generated for every booking.
When am I charged?
At the time of booking. The full amount is held in escrow and only released to the companion after the event.
